Check out this episode!

When you meet Rock Riddle and sit down to talk with him you realize he was born to do two things in life; be a wrestler and to be a Hollywood publicist. Both of which he has been and currently is. And he's always dapper no matter where he is.

In my weekly Podcast; “Interesting People with Bob Brill” which you can find on iTunes and via many APPs, I sat down with Rock to talk about what makes a teen-age boy suddenly decide he wants to be a wrestler. A young kid raised in rural North Carolina, he wanted out. From Tobacco Road to Hollywood is a mighty trek but he made it.

He didn’t only become a wrestler, he created and became Mr. Wonderful (he always pushes the fact he was the “original Mr. Wonderful). A three time wrestling Hall of Famer, his career had it’s ups and downs and some of the stories he tells are funny yet dramatic.

There was the time when a fan attacked him with a cane. He used the event to slightly touch the man and put him back in his seat. A newspaper account said Rock Riddle sent the man over eight rows of seats. When the cops arrived to his dressing room he thought about fleeing out the window but held his ground. The police merely wanted to know how the famous Rock Riddle wanted to handle it. They wanted to know if he wanted to press charges against the man. He did not.

The producer of one of the top selling self help videos sold on Amazon, Riddle took his brash style to Hollywood where he created APS Entertainment. He handles actors, producers, directors and more with their publicity and has a pretty amazing track record. And boy can he tell a story.

Check it out on the podcast “Interesting People with Bob Brill.”

Rene's Van and Storage in Los Angeles has been around for 85 years and moved presidents, mega stars and rock stars. The tales abound but not only that, average folks too. Maybe you. Some of the most interesting tales of the strangest and multi-million dollar items moved over the last eight decades. Tune in. Check out this episode! Marshall and Michelle Lambert spend a lot of time looking up as you can see in the photos. Rene's (Marshall's grandfather) held this company business 85 years ago and it has become the "go to" mover and storage place for Hollywood's elite and political figures like LA Mayor Eric Garcetti, too. Ronald Reagan, Frank Sinatra, Clark Gable and even Marylin Monroe all used their services over the years. Million dollar paintings have been stored here, $100,000 pieces of furniture and more. The tales they have to tell are fascinating and you can hear it all at the podcast above on "Interesting People with Bob Brill." H

STEVEN GEIGER - THE MENSCH FOUNDATION

(Steven Geiger, Founder Mensch International Foundation) "Interesting People with Bob Brill" a podcast with Steven Geiger, founder of the Mensch International Foundation.  So what is a Mensch? It's the first question I put to Steven Geiger, the founder of the Mensch International Foundation. His answer simply, "its a German word meaning 'Human Being.'" In one of the most entertaining hour long podcasts we've done, Steven talks about being a Mensch and who is and who isn't in today's society, as well as how to become one. And being a better human being is what the foundation is all about, and teaching younger people how to be a Mensch. It's also about the Holocaust. Steven is the child of Holocaust survivors, survivors of the death camps. Born in Hungary, he grew up in the United States and like so many in the community, feels people are forgetting about what happened, and like most

Sal Litvak, the Accidental Talmudist-Meaning of Life

Sal Litvak Podcast; Interesting people with Bob Brill To say Sal Litvak is an interesting person is an understatement of all understatements. He is one of the most interesting people you might ever meet. Born in Santiago, Chile, he is a maker of hit feature films, an historian, a professor, a lawyer and an award winning maker of films. So why are we talking to him; his passion. That passion is as a Talmudist which he came upon by accident. Litvak was five when he came to the United States in 1970 and spent his childhood around New York City. He went to Harvard and graduated with honors. He became a New York lawyer before finding another passion; the theater. So he moved on to UCLA where he went after a Film degree. Then it was onto reading scripts for a major Talent Agency before breaking out as a film professor and then making two feature films. The most unique is the story about Abe Lincoln's body guard/ "Saving Lincoln." Then he found his next passion; Jew
