In my hour long chat with Dr. Alter, I found him incredibly open as he walked me through everything from why someone would have transfer surgery, to the nuts and bolts of it all such as penis replacement (no pun intended, it just came up that way -- oh that was ever worse. Sorry) Anyway, the very serious side of what we discussed stems from the military to the religious to bullying. Whether Gay or Straight, believe it or not those are issues too.
